What you'll be doing & where

Where are you?

Welcome to your future team. As a Project Manager (freelancer) you will become an indispensable link in the Banking Solutions division headed by Sabrina Defraene.

What you'll be doing

Initially you will be managing the following projects (depending on workload, some smaller initiatives might be added):

• PKI@BNPPF Migration

Migration from the BNPPF branded smart card towards an Isabel branded IsaKey

• Instant Payments

Development and implementation of the instant payment scheme for Belgian and Luxemburg banks

This means creating a way forward with multiple high-level stakeholders with overarching responsibilities in a complex technological environment and with functional aspects at stake.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure projects meet set objectives
• Create the schedule & project plan
• Detailed WBS
• Manage time, scope, cost, quality & related risks
• Negotiate work with teams
• Manage project stakeholders
• Remove impediments, keep teams on completing their work
• Visualize, communicate and radiate information on projects
• Backlog management
• Estimate effort

This is how you appear in our dreams

• At least 10 years of experience as a customer facing Project Manager for large and complex ICT projects, within the banking sector (specifically payments) is a must
• Experience with and understanding of Agile development methodologies
• A certification as Project Manager of an industry recognized organization (Prince2, PMI, ...)
• Good command of Dutch AND English AND French (both written and spoken) is a must
• Team leadership and acquainted to drive multi-skilled teams
• At ease in driving teams under indirect supervision
• Decisive
• Top notch negotiating & stakeholder management skills
